We have just started a RHPT Advocates group that meets about once per month – would you like to find out more and join in?
This group meets together to discuss ideas to promote and advance the activities and vision of Restoring Hope Parkinson’s Therapy.
Objectives of the advocacy group:
- Exploring potential growth opportunities (through networking and strategic stakeholder engagement).
- Plan promotional activities and raising community awareness.
- Fundraising and grants
Criteria for involvement in “RHPT Advocates” group:
- SPEAK OUT! graduates that:
- Have already attended their intensive speech program (for example SPEAKOUT! Therapy Program).
- Are committed to their daily home practice
- Regularly attend a RHPT weekly speech group
- Have experience in business, project management, administration, or marketing.
OR
- Spouses/partners/family of RHPT clients meeting the above criteria with business, project management, administration, or marketing experience.
OR
- Philanthropists and Community Leaders with business, project management, administration, marketing expertise, or strategic stakeholder engagement that have an interest in investing in life changing therapy for people living with Parkinson’s.
Involvement in RHPT Advocates group is in a volunteer capacity and members will be required to sign the RHPT Volunteer Agreement form, including acknowledgment of RHPT’s values, mission, and vision.
